Diane Cahill and her son, Robert Brown 3, pray together during a worship service at The New Life Community Church which meets in the gymnasium/cafeteria of the Elk Grove Elementary School. The startup church's minister is Richard Christenson and each Sunday morning he and other church members prepare for the 10am service, setting up chairs, sound and visual equipment. This Sunday, February 3, 2002 nearly 70 adults and children attended the service.
